REPORTING SPAM

The document outlines the most efficent way to insure any missing spam messages get placed into our spam filters.

WEBMAIL 2.0:
1. Drag and Drop your spam message into the Junk Mail Folder. mc.net will automatically process these during the day.

Outlook Express:
1. Right click on the Spam message in the Inbox.
2. Select Properties.
3. Choose the Details Tab.
4. Single left mouse click in the Internet Headers box.
5. Press CTRL +A to select all.
6. Press CTRL +C to copy.
7. Click OK
8. Click Forward to Forward the Spam message.
9. Single left mouse click at the top of the message body.
10. Press CTRL +V to paste.
11. Enter abuse@mc.net in the To field.
12. Click Send.

Outlook 2000/XP/2003/2007:
1. Right click on the spam message in the Inbox.
2. Select Options.
3. Single left mouse click in the Internet Headers box.
4. Press CTRL +A to select all.
5. Press CTRL +C to copy.
6. Click Close.
7. Click Forward to Forward the Spam message.
8. Single left mouse click at the top of the message body.
9. Press CTRL +V to paste.
10. Enter abuse@mc.net in the To field.
11. Click Send.

Netscape 7 & Mozilla Thunderbird:
1. Highlight the spam message in the inbox.
2. Select View, Choose Header, Select All.
3. Forward the spam.
4. Enter abuse@mc.net in the To field.
5. Click Send.

Mac Mail:
1. Click on the Mail drop-down menu and select Preferences.
2. Click on the Viewing icon.
3. Click on the arrow on the Show header detail and select All.
4. You will now see the full headers of each message you view.
5. Forward the spam.
6. Enter abuse@mc.net in the To field.
7. Click Send.
